As you are all aware the situation with Coronavirus is changing almost hourly, and more and more measures are bring introduced to safeguard us all from infection.
We are being asked to reduce all unnecessary social contact with people.
There will be no Public Masses until further notice.
The Cardinal has lifted our Sunday obligation to attend Sunday Mass in this difficult time. Please do visit a Church sometime during the week, if you are able. They will still be open for private prayer.
Lent has surprisingly been given a special character this year, which is also an opportunity to deepen our search for God. May we be given gifts in the midst of all painful restrictions.
Let us pray especially for those who are sick, for doctors and nurses, for medical research, for those who protect us, for the politicians - and again and again for each other!
I will keep you up to date on how and when we will start the Mass again! In the meantime I will be offering Mass for all your intentions.
Be blessed and protected by God, who is with us in every situation!
